Tapered Automatic Centering Return Idler (Dual Axis) JAR2-T Type

Return idler that improves belt wandering and misalignment through the automatic centering function of tapered rollers.

Similar to the JAR-T type, the side rollers are tapered return idlers. The principle of occurrence for meandering and offset adjustment is the same, but as a structural difference, a pivot axis is arranged at the bottom of each tapered roller support on the left and right, eliminating the pivot frame to improve pivot sensitivity. This product can also be used in conveyors for both forward and reverse operation.

When the belt comes into contact with the guide roller positioned in front of the pivot axis connecting the upper and lower double-structured frame, the frame pivots within a certain angle range. Return idler that improves belt wandering and misalignment through the automatic centering function of tapered rollers.

This is an automatic centering idler on the return side that uses tapered rollers. Due to the larger diameter in the center of the belt and the smaller diameter at the ends, the difference in surface speed of the rollers during belt contact activates the tracking and alignment adjustment function. The frame pivots toward the side where the belt is misaligned, promoting the adjustment function.
